Currently, I accept clients via Teladoc, Grow Therapy, Lyra, Modern Health, and San Mateo County’s Medical Managed Care Plan. For other insurance carriers, I can provide you with a statement ("Super Bill") that you can submit to your insurance provider. Please ask your insurance company if they cover out-of-network providers of mental health services or psychotherapy.
